Characteristic

2. In the internal structure of the machine, the grading wheel, gear ring, material guide ring, crushing cutter head, blade, upper cover lining, outlet and inlet pipe wall lining are all made of aluminum oxide ceramics.
3. Double water cooling and air cooling structure are adopted to ensure that the crushing process is kept at normal temperature.
4. The upper cover of the crusher is opened by means of cylinder jacking, which is convenient for maintenance.
5. The machine has been widely used in the processing industry of lithium battery positive and negative materials. It is not easy to produce micro powder in the crushing process, and the particle size distribution of the material particles obtained after crushing is narrower than that of ordinary air flow mills.
